Our main objective is to provide a complete, resourceful team of hotel professionals for your project if required.  This includes market analyst, architect, interior designer, franchisor, construction and permanent lender, general contractor, a management company if necessary and other qualified individuals who are needed to develop a profitable hotel from conception.  The majority of these professionals have worked together as a successful team on our past and present projects.

Once we enter into an agreement with a client, we will proceed to obtain preliminary information which will include   personal financial information, phase 1 of a market study, proforma and a preliminary development budget.  Once this information has been obtained, it will be sent to one of our participating lenders.  When we receive a high level of interest from the lending institution and the rate and terms are acceptable to the owner we will proceed toward a successful loan closing.  With this method the owner spends a minimum of cash to be assured that the hotel can be financed.
